My complaint is the same as most others! After trying a free sample with only a small shipping charge, they charged my account two more times. They don't tell you they will charge your account $169.25. I never ordered anything other than the free trial and they charged my account without my permission. I called the company who said to return the product and that I will eventually get a refund after 30 days. If this does not happen, I will take action legally! Definitely a scam!!!!
