I sent an old pair of glasses for repair of a broken arm. I wanted to fix the glasses because I wear contact lens. I can't go back to my original prescription without removing contact lens for at least a month. I sent in my glasses for repair of the arm. I got them back and the arm was repaired but they removed my custom lens and replaced with clear plastic. When I asked them what happened they denied that they replaced them. After many e-mails they are saying it was a mistake. They are scam artists. I am an elderly person that got scammed. Don't do it to yourself! Stay away from this company. They sent me a 50% off coupon and how to request a custom prescription.

Sent in a complaint to BBB and plan to do others.
