I had checked my balance online & saw a $19.95 charge in my account. I called customer service & the rep said that the charge could have been for some kind of health advice membership, or beauty or skin care products. She could not specify any details of the transaction. However, she was able to give me my full mailing address, phone number and email address & the last 4 digits of my credit card number, which freaked me out! How could they have obtained ALL of that information & not be able to tell me what the purchase was supposed to be for?! She said that she would deactivate my "membership", and refund my money, which can take up to 3-5 business days to show up in my account. In the meantime, I've alerted my bank for this fraud & have changed all of my passwords as a precaution.
