I responded to an advertisement regarding a luxury ladies watch, I responded selected the watch I wanted and sent off for it, when it arrived it was a cheap piece of trash. I put it down to experience and thought no more about it. Today I received another watch (exactly the same as the first) and as I did not order it I sent an email off to the address on only piece of information provided (a small card). I received a response from e-mail to advise that there was a problem with the site and would need another 46hrs to try and send the message again. I am not sure how much I am being charged as I have not received my credit card statement yet. How do I prevent this from happening every month?
