The number to know is 844-605-4144. Their Supervisor is Brian Olivers call and ask for him (careful he gets feisty lol). His employee ID number is 66275 and he is there from 9am until 6pm daily. We were scammed out of 187.00 for a watch and a pair of glasses from the same company. We talked to Allegro Luxary (also known as Fashion in Vogue as the "merchant id" HA).
They will not give your money back, the transaction id number is just a cancellation number once you get to the sup (even with the other cancellation numbers you get). If you argue they will refuse to refund at all and there is errors in their system that they haved to issue checks for. (I'm sure right) that have transaction ids as well. (like scammy magic).
We don't think we will get the money back, and this has been a learning process. Call Brian. -
