I ordered a customized full lace human hair wig from lace wigs buy 12.9.16, did status check on the wig 1.22.17, I received an email that said they were checking with the wig warehouse where the wig was being made. I waited for a response for one week, then I filed a dispute with paypal. Then lace wigs buy responded with due to the Chinese new year, the wig was delayed, they asked me to cancel the dispute and they would give me $10 refund for my waiting for the wig and put me on their VIP list, they would mail the wig as soon as it was finished. I cancelled the dispute; however, two weeks later when I checked the status of the wig, it showed that the status was closed plus the $10 refund. I opened another case regarding the company and finally received my refund 3.13.17, instead of the wig I waited for since Dec 2016 when I first placed the wig order. That's a shame because the wig was for my mother who has cancer and has lost her hair due to the treatments. Bad doing Business with this company Lace Wigs Buy.
