Completed a survey for Suddenlink and ordered a free watch for $5.99 shipping and handling. Then 15 days later a $99 charge shows up on my credit card. Called the Fashion Exchange and they told me I had enrolled and that my 14-day trial period was past so they could not refund my money. I kept insisting that they give me a refund. First, they offered a 50% refund but I kept insisting and informing them I would report the fraudulent charge to my Credit Card company. She finally agreed to a full refund.
