On 1/26/2017, I made a deposit of $150.00. I played and won $10,000 (which is their max cash out). I sent in all the documents required for the withdrawal and to date I have not even received an email or anything. I call at least 2 times per week, live chat and send emails. The accounting department never even acknowledges my emails and no one from there has even made an attempt to contact me. I just want my deposit back because I can clearly see that they have no respect for their customers who play in the casino in good faith. I just want my money back.
