I placed order for 3 nano banshees at 5:50 pm on Friday evening 5/9/17. First they suckered me into paying an additional $9.99 for extra batteries. Then I was immediately offered $20 "insurance policy" against broken, lost, or undelivered items. But when I declined, they lowered the price to $10 and that's when I got suspicious. Following their instructions, I canceled the order at 5:53 pm by sending an email to the pertinent address cited. Subsequently checking reviews and customer comments now makes it obvious that this is inferior merchandise if not a downright scam. "Arrived broken; alarm not loud enough; alarm will not turn off, etc. etc." Today (four days later) I received an email from someone named Jill (who claims to be the only person in charge of answering emails and sending shipments) with the flimsy excuse that the order could not be canceled because it had already been shipped. Within three minutes late on a Friday afternoon? Not likely. Another bright red SCAM flag is that they only offer a full refund if I return the items UNOPENED. And what about return authorization fees? I have already notified my credit card company and am disputing the charges; I will refuse shipment should it arrive and, depending upon future communication from the company, plan to resort to social media to spread the scam news.
