I placed an order with Reliable Resin Sept. 3, 2013 for $209 and paid with my credit card. I have called Don Theune several times and sent several e-mails and still have received nothing. In Jan. 2017 The UAW restored our legal services benefits so I called and was assigned a lawyer. He called Mr. Theune and Don called me and said to give him a couple weeks. That was in February and still nothing. The lawyer tells me the only option is to take him to small claims court in New Jersey. Neither he nor I are going to go from Michigan to New Jersey for $200 worth of model car parts and legal services doesn't have representatives there so it looks like I'm out of luck. I was really hoping to get those parts.
