I saw an ad online, a man saying he had made a ton of money with Option Rally.
I decided to call and inquire, the lady that answered suggested to me to invest, I agreed to deposit $ 250 US March 29th 2016. Then an Account Manager called me and said he would be responsible for my account, that I needed to put more money in order to have the chance to make big money. He told me it would take $10,000.
I said no way.
Further discussions occured and I agreed to deposit an additional $1,000. US on April 21th 2016.
After changing my mind about investing in Option Rally the next day, I made a series of requests for them to refund my money. I was asked a list of documents to supply in order to prove my identity, which I supplied promptly.
To this day they always denied re-imbursing my money. (note: I never made a trade in this account)

When I go into my account the balance shows $1,250.

Then under withdrawals it shows:
Transaction ID 30188, Date 2016-04-22, Amount $1,250., Description - Withdrawal, Status - Pending

Why have they not process this whitdrawal?
I cannot get any information, this is really a scam and people should stay away from it.
