I have ordered 2 items from karenmillendressout.com worth of 151$ And my order supposed to be delivered in 3-7 days. It’s been 3 weeks now and I don’t know where’s my order gone.. I’ve sent many emails to [email protected], [email protected] and directly to their website , I just received I guess auto reply and nothing specific. ?in my acount history there is “processing” status.. from my card they deducted more then 151$ and it was in Chinese currency. I received email that payment is successful from [email protected]
Kindly advice what should I do
