GetResponse is by far the worst company , is a SCAM due to UNFAIR subscription policy that does not refund their customers.
I Pay USD 408.84 for one yer subscription, starting on 30-08-2017, and a week ago after i use for FIRST TIME to send a newsletter to my clients , the decide to deactivated my account "The direct reason for the account suspension is unacceptably high ratio of spam complaints that your campaigns have been generating"....How was the spam ratio?? less than 0.5%, for 10.000 mails...less than 50 people. 50 people they call negative metrics abnormally high negative metrics (such as spam complaints, bounces and/or unsubscribes).This is ridiculous excuse to deactivated my account and pretending not refund the money that they pay then in advance.
If you read the Term of Service Police, there is NOTHING about " Negative Metrics"
They pretending to take your money for the service not provided !!! THAT IS A SERIOUS ISSUE.
