They are the supplier to Good Tickets who is also a reseller for tickets. On October 10th, 2017 I purchased tickets to Dear Evan Hansen on Broadway for the matinee on October 28, 2017. When I got there I was told that since I purchased seat with ADA availability, and there was no one with me that was handicapped, it would be an extra $80/ticket over and above the inflated ticket price I already paid. There was nothing that said it was going to be extra when I purchased the ticket. I was stuck paying an additional $320 for the 4 tickets I bought.
