I ordered the swivel sweeper online. It said: Buy one get one free only for $19.99. The bill came up to $81.00 and after one month of use now it doesn't work. I charge the battery and it doesn't want to make the connection for the swivel sweeper to work. This is fraud right in your face. I knew that it was to good to be true. I didn't send it back because I will be wasting more money for the shipping and handling and it was a gift from a friend. I feel sorry for the money he wasted. He didn't want to go through all the BS to deliver the package back . I hope everyone sees this detail and don't buy the swivel sweeper.

My mother ordered the G2 Swivel Sweeper from Ontel via TV promo on Nov 28, 2011. Was supposed to be 2 payments of $19.98, plus S&H, and if you ordered right then, you'd get a second one FREE plus S&H. My mother is 84-1/2 with alll her wits about her but is obviously not as saavy when it comes to believing all that is advertised on TV these days. She said that after calling in her order, they asked questions to which she declined any additional items to be added and was told she'd get her shipment within 2 weeks. Never came. Jan 6, 2012 she placed another order for same thing. Never came, never charged. Got a postcard this past Saturday that her stuff was on back order. She had 30 days to now cancel. I asked what happened to her first order in Nov.as I wanted to cancel that too.
How surprising...it shipped out Feb.16, 2012! Never knew the order was on backorder either, no notifications ever. I asked the total - I almost died...$192.89 for what was supposed to be $40. They said she ordered extra parts, batteries, etc., which she never did. We cancelled the pending 2d order for $69.98. However, we will have to fight with her credit card company so the $192.89 does not become her responsibility. I read AWFUL things about the GS sweeper and Ontel Corporation which sells it from TV. Buyer Beware! Big big scam artists! -
