My sister ordered a pair of (Saucony original cruel world 2) Black Red Beige trainers on the 9th of december 2017 for an xmas present for me. Today being the 7th january 2018 (1 month later), i received the trainers. Totally the wrong product. The trainer box label states dark blue/red jazz saucony?? Not the right product and even though the wrong product the box label diden't even match the contents which was a pair of (black Saucony jazz). Me and my sister emailed them but it turns out to be a fake email and the web page has no returns address. We also payed through a site called ([email protected]) and from what i seen on scambook.com this payment site looks shady too. We received no shipping info, tracking info etc, just confirmation of payment from [email protected].
