My husband purchased two tickets back in December for Rocktopia as part of my Christmas gift. He went through Rocktopia's website which directed him to Ticket-Center.com. He ordered and paid for Orchestra seats. One week before the show (March 24, 2018) he received tickets via email saying Telecharge on the them. We headed to the show and noticed that our tickets were from Telecharge and they were Right Mezzanine and not Orchestra. We asked one of the staff at Rocktopia and they directed us to another person who could help us. She did not and simply told us we were scammed and she did not have any more seats for that night. We were then told there were single seats available for $35.00. We would not be seating together. I can't believe that the Rocktopia management would not help us and treated us like it was our fault. We ordered the tickets from their website. Which we did tell them a few times. My husband was very upset and I was reduced to tears. This was part of a Christmas gift. I wonder if anyone else is getting scammed?? Horrible experience. I will think twice before ordering any tickets online for a concert, etc. Thank you.
