Their link and web page was a spoof of the hotel site page. I selected a room rate that allowed changes/cancellations as long as it was prior to a certain date. I requested a change 7 days in advance of the cut-off date and they did not honor their change/cancellation policy that was clearly noted on the reservation section and the confirmation email I received. They said it was the hotel's fault that the change was not allowed. This definitely was not the case and I had to pay for a night's stay at the hotel that I was not there or loose the entire reservation.
