On October 15, 2011, I purchase four $25 coupons from Kijiji Deals ( www.kijijideals.ca ) for four speakers supplied by OrigAudio (www.origaudio.ca). I followed the instructions and ordered on-line four “Rock It 2.0 Music Speakers” using the coupons. Fees for the coupons were billed to my credit card by Kijijideals.ca as well four $14.99 speaker shipping charges by OrigAudio for total of $159.96. The speakers have never been shipped. I tried several times to contact OrigAudio at 1-800-981-1204 and through e-mail, but they do not return calls or reply to e-mails. I sent several e-mails to Kijiji Deals Customer Support Department at [email protected] listed on the coupons and through their “Contact Us” on-line support, but they did not reply to my e-mails either. The Kijiji Deals web site does not list any phone numbers and only way of communicating is through e-mails or web site, which I did. My credit card statement lists Kijijideals.ca phone number as 416-961-1970. I called that number but it appears to be not Kijiji Deals number. I reported this fraud to my credit card Support Department for investigation.
