The. Same thing happened to me as carolyn described. Directed me , to be an official site. When order was placed , a third party from site complaint .com responded to charging my credit card(twice). When I responded that one transaction was to be charged, they responded in chi.nese. I could not get any answers from them in english. Am very sorry I ever order from them. I believe them to be fraudulant! It is very sad that sites like this are getting away with scamming the public!
