I ordered the PureBiotix b/c of the "free" trial. Only paid s&h and then a few weeks after I got the product I noticed a charge to my account for $79.95. Called twice in 2 months and was told I would get my money back in about 15 business days. When I still didn't receive a refund I called a 3rd time. I was told that my situation was unusual and that the money should be in my account with in 7 business days. The customer rep also said he would send an email to the financial department and alert them of this problem. Still no money after 2 weeks, so I called the 877 number on the bottle and it's DISCONNECTED!!! I wrote a very nasty email to the company and then alerted the Better Business Bureau. It's been almost 3 months now and I still have not heard anything regarding my refund. :(

- Hi! the same thing happened to me, but for 89.95. I have not been able to reach anyone so far. Did you hear anything back?

- I found the "new" 800 number on their website. Got ahold of a customer service rep and she said a check would be sent to me for the full amount. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I have still not received it, but I did call 2 days ago and was told it was sent. I figure I will wait another week and if it's still not here I will keep calling until I get my money back. If it's so easy to refund the money with a cashiers check, then why can't they just do that in the first place instead of giving us the run around!?!?!?
