We've shipped the two ATVs for you. They will come with the free helmets, the titles, the bill of sale, the owner manual and the purchase agreement (with the general terms of the sale including the 12 months warranty and the 15 days returning back period). The ATVs will come crated and they will have liftgate service because they are heavy. Make sure you know exactly where to put them. The ATVs will come with all the fluids included but without gas so make sure you have gas prepared for them. Also, before using them and after you filled them with gas, turn them on and leave them turned on for five minutes to worm them up. This action is necessary only the first time. As a maintenance advice, please use Honda wax to clean them once every two months. Please write in our Customer review after you test them. Because of Thanksgiving Day, the estimated delivery date is two weeks. I will also provide the exact day until then.
Also, as you already know, we recently merged with another company so we are in process of doing some financial and legal changes. Because of that it is possible that your the first transfer ($7,000.00) to return to your bank account. If this happens please redirect this payment to the second bank account provided by us, the one where you paid for the RZR.
