I ordered the free trial for both the above products, paid the shipping fees, and received 1 1/2 weeks later.I was told when I tried to cancel that the trial period was for 12 days...I barely had time to open the boxes, let alone try the products!! One party told me they would refund but I never received it. I tried calling, but the automated message only tells you your cancelled and there are no other options to talk to a "live" person. The other product (which was advertised together when I ordered, claiming you needed both to lose weight)refused me a refund and said it was my fault for not cancelling in 12 days. I said I only authorized payment for shipping on a free trial but she wouldn't budge! I'd like to take this complaint further!
