I had checked the balance on my Debit card at around 2:00pm. I had around $123.00 in my account and needed the cash. The phone rang and when I anserwed what sounded like a young East Indian man asked if I had inquired about government grants I replied a while back but it had been to long. I had no money left until after the Holidays. I had a hard time understanding him, but I thought he said something about a $3.95 charge. Again I told him I had no money to spend till after the holidays. He did say he would call back. I went to Rite-Aid to make a small purchase and withdraw but something told me to check my balance first. I did and that's when I discovered there phony charge of 57.93.
