I applied for the Flex Card Program on 11/14/2011, and was approved for $1000.00 in Visa credit. For an additional $29.00, they said I would receive an additional $1000.00 in Visa credit. I called them to confirm when I would receive their promised Visa credit card, (which they claimed is a real Visa credit card to be used anywhere Visa is accepted)they told me I would receive the card in 10-14 business days. Then sent me an email to me, (using my husband's name, who had previously applied, but didn't send any money)stating that there was a delay in sending out the cards and that I would receive the Visa card between December 1st-6th, 2011. I haven't seen a Visa card come in the mail as of yet. Another interesting thing is, the phone number that is used to call them, now has no one answering them. The message that you hear when you call the number say's something about updating their system for a week until December 18th and if you need to contact them you have to send them an email. BOGUS! I am very upset, because it smacks of a scam to me! Where is my money? Where is my credit card?
