Toni Vico advertized a Mokark 50cc motorcycle on the Italian E bay. I e-mailed him several times over a one month period and ended up buying the motorcycle outside of E Bay. We agreed on a price of $6750. I wired him the money from my local credit union. He told me the bike would be shipped in 1-2 months. After a couple of months, I continued to call and Email him, however he never responded back. I has been one year and still no motorcycle. I met a gentlemen in California who has dealt with Toni Vico and stated he has done this to other people. What he does is advertizes products he does not own and tries to scam people out of their money.
