In October 2011 I ordered flowers from Blooms.com with a special $9.99 discount. Now I am suddenly being charged for a program that I did not opt to enroll in. This amount was charged to my Visa card without my authorization.

I am disabled and on disability and can't afford to be giving money to people I didnt authorize to have it. Does anyone know what I can do to stop them and get my money back?
