I have requested many times through email, since they did not provide a phone number, for a full refund due to the unlocking does not work. I have since then recieved NOTHING not even a reply back of my emails. I am now going to proceed further , through FBI and media and also reporting to the Attorney General. This scam has to be reported to ALL bureaus for investigation.
