i was falling behind in my mortgage ,than i try to do a modification loan with my bank,which i could'n do it my self.so I was refer to this company which i contact right away,then they told me that they will try to do a modification loan for me or if doesn't go through they will purchase the house ,through some real state investors but during the time of the negotiations,i have to pay $700.00 a month for seventh months.with $5000.00 to start it then later on I will get the house back in my name. after all I ended up losing my house into foreclosure.
