I signed up for a $20,00 loan with Pemberton Referrals after Ihad checked them out and make sure that they were legit. I did not see any adverse information about them and felt a little comfortable in trying to do business with them.

I got the contracts,went through the particulars and procedures of the contracts and the process of attaining theloan, Idecided to go forward with the process. I sent the secured fees that was required to them via western union. the fees were verified and picked up.

they told us I would have my money within 3 hours. The next morning came and there was no loan proceeds deposited into myaccount. They then asked if we were aware of our credit situation and I was very upset to hear this being that they knew fully well our credit situation beore the fact that they went and required us to provide security payment of $1100. They inormed me that I were to make another payment of $1100 everything would be secured and even sent me a email with a letter of Guarantee. After sending the second payment they then informed me I would also need to purchasde loan insurance for an additional $800. I asked that they please return all o my payments immediately. They informed me that I would have to wait 30 days for a cashier check. I demaded they sent it now and they hung up on me. Needless to say I have not received it.
