I ordered Eczemaderm cream from them and the order was to ship out the same day. It is now 01/11/12 and I still don't have the product. I have sent emails to them and have yet to receive a reply. The only telephone number I have for them (951) 225-4336 is no a working number and upon doing massive research, there is no other way to place my complaint and either obtain the product or get my money back.
