I was looking for refurbished tablets when I found thier site. Ordered a 7in mini laptop for $99.99 plus shipping and 1yr warranty, on 1/5/12. Received a call on Monday 11/9 from a Tony Rogers who told me that they would be sending out my order and if I was interested in a Car Charger, Carrying case, Extended Life Battery and Gig upgrade for an extra $40 - I told him sure. He told me if I had any questions or problems - feel free to call (877) 345-6225. Wednesday the 11th the unit arrived by US Postal service. No Case or Car Charger, so thought it was being sent seperately. Got unit home - charged it up, but had problems hooking into my WIFI. I plugged in my flashdrive to view some pictures, and the WIFI linked up "But"! would not give me any video links. So I waited as instructions said you may have to wait longer. 1/2 hour later, still nothing and the unit shutdown. So Thursday I got online from work and searched for (Eglobal wireless) for the phone number I left at home. Thats when I saw all the Scam, and false advertising issues. I did call the number, went though the prompts - got no one and left a call back number. After four hours with no call back, I called my credit card company and asked them what I should do after reading all the online complaints about this company. They transfered me to their transactions/dispute dept, where they put a hold on the transaction with a comment to their accounts that customer is trying to contact you about return and refund of product. That is where I've left it!! Have heard nothing!! So today I thought I would document my story.
