I used this online site www.genuinenfljerseys.com to purchase two NFL jerseys for Christmas. I never received my items and I emailed them at [email protected] to tell them to cancel my order and issue me a refund and they said they would. That was over 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive any refund. I think this is a scam and I want my money back. There is no contact number or any information about them, just this email address where a person named "Janey" replies to me. Please help.

- I am having the same problem. Its taking longer to post than they stated. I have asked them numerous times for contact details but they just ignore that. Its a Janey that replies to my emails too at the same address as yourself. Ive emailed to cancel the order. I will go to the Police and Trading Standards to sort this out. I used the website http://www.nflshopofficial.co.uk/. They say its a London store however she spells certain works the American way and their factory is based in China.
