I fell for the commercial because I heard Glenn Beck praise the company- I formerly respected his opinion. I ordered the "information" package for $9.95. The info package was just a commercial. It told me nothing about the business or that it was Herbalife. Moreover, they want you to BUY over $300 dollars worth of more crap- including herbalife products- to get "started". This is such a scam. I now have to waste MORE time and money sending this junk back to the company. They have already mad a profit on me. I feel completely taken advantage of. These commercials should be FORCED to tell the whole truth or be taken off the air.

You have an interesting definition of "scam". You heard a commercial advertising an information package for $9.95. You paid $9.95, and received the information package. On the followup call, you were presented multiple options for starting your home business. You may not have liked the option, so you sent the package back. That doesn't constitute a "scam".
The package contains a DVD, CD, and booklet. They cost considerably more than $9.95 to produce. You were given the opportunity to evaluate the materials for 15 days, and could return it without paying a dime more. The package was sent USPS Priority Mail with tracking, so they really do cost that much to ship. Nobody "made their money" off of you.
It is clear you have not done an effective job of "telling the whole truth". Online Business Systems has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Glen Beck, Shawn Hannity, and others are willing to attach their credibility to this program. Yeah, sure sounds like a scam to me! -
