I must have signed up for a "free" trial offer with these people, anyway the "sample" I would not call it a product trial offer. I took over 30 days to get here.

Next thing I know I received a tube of cream only and slugged $103.94 even though I did NOT order the product, and beside that only received half the package.

I sent 5 emails to this company saying that I wished to return it, I heard nothing back, although a jar of the Product (obviously the second half of the total product), about 1 month later, so the definately received my emails as I mentioned just receiving a tube, but totally ignored my request to get a refund and return the product to the company, but of course could not find the address to return it to. I have not touched these products, and really need a refund, as it is back to school time and we only have I income on a minimum wage in Australia.

HOW DO I PROCEED IN A CASE LIKE THIS? THEY HAVE MY DEBIT CARD NUMBER, I AM AFRAID THAT I WILL RECEIVE ANOTHER CHARGE, PLUS I DO NOT WANT THE PRODUCT AND WISH TO SEND IT BACK AND RECEIVE A REFUND.

This shameful company has caused huge emotional stress as the money came out, with me having to pay late fees, overdrawn fees as well as causing tension with my husband, with Christmas coming we needed that money.

After this I WILL NEVER sign up for any free trials, I am cancelling all my "Trusted Surveys" as these surveys is how I managed to get in this mess. We all need to stand up to these shonky products, and ripoff merchants. I went to their Web Site earlier and the have even removed the contact option, so you cannot send them emails even.

I WARN EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!
