I placed an order for a Mac Book Pro and the cost with shipping was 479. They said it was a promotion going on at the time and that because my order was over 350 I would get a free PlayStation 3. Then 2 days after I placed the order I was asked to pay a tariff and was told that the first one I had to pay after the first order and subsequent orders they would pay the tariff. I got the runaround about the items being dropped by customs and they had to wait because they were out of stock and then they said its Chinese holiday I actually called and spoke to someone who told me her name was Melissa Hard. She assured me everything was OK. After contacting her for weeks with no tracking number or serial number for the product I requested a refund as I had lost hope of ever receiving the product she assured me that it would be refunded by the middle of November but I never received a refund and anytime I would go to chat with her thereafter she wouldn't respond. I really have learned my lesson the hard way I can say. Never do business with China ever again.
