Apparently "Melvin Careers & Partners" did a little nameswitching to "Patterson Recruitment & Partners". The big tip-off for me was the fact that their flashy and impressive website did not have live links to a Privacy Policy or Contact page-- it was all for show. Here's the email they sent me.

I also got the email. I applied for a position on kansas city craigs list. Got several scam responses. This one looked real. Good thing this site is in place. This the email that i got.
