I was in the process of ordering this device for an initial payment of 9.95 and then it gave me an option to just pay the total balance of 59.95 and I declined. However, the option to process the order for the 9.95 was frozen; just not working so I never placed the order . Nor, did I receive verification by email of an order processed. Then a few days later I received the product and spent 8.95 of my own money to send it back.
