I was just looking around on the internet for some cash options and this particular website popped up. Nothing was EVER said about being charged a fee. Have called at least twice a week since the money was taken out of my account. I keep getting the run around. The first time I phoned I was told that my refund would be back in my account within 10 business days. That did not happen. Called after and was told that accounting was backlogged issuing refunds, would have the refund with in a week. This has been going on since December and still no refund. They took $30.00 which put me in the negative in my bank account and my bank charged me another $17.00!
