I ordered Nuvoryn on the 13.01.2012 and paid the extra postage so I would receive it between 4 - 8days and NOTHING!!! I have called 4 times and am told that I will hear back within 24 hours and nothing. I have emailed now 3 times and I have 1 automatic response thats written terribly. The last call I explained to them that if I did not hear within 48 hours of where my order was I would take legal action, unsure if this methd will work. I also asked the operator on the phone where the call centre was and he said North America, I asked where the product was getting shipped from and he said either the UK or Australia as they have warehouse in Australia. Hope I get the product because from what I have read its harder to get your money back.
