product ofered for $9.95+ free s&h+ another free + additional items free on 1/28/2012 my bank alertted me of $29.90 charge from KAVI (kichen advance) i imidietly sent them an on 1/28/12 e mail to cancel the order since they are supposed to be closed sat&sun i then called them on 1/30/12 @9:00am when they open and was told the product had already shipped and could not be cancelled but i could return it after i receive it and pay return shippment + be charged shipping and handling from them I received a shipping traking # for fed ex 1/30/ @ 7:pm when i checket it turns out they did not notify fedex till 6:20pm they had an order to shipp not only did they scam me but then blatenly lied and would not cancell the order i guess since i'm 82 yrs old they figured they would get away with it did send them an e mail today about this. company is relatively new so buyers be ware.
