I was working on a loan modification. I sent a letter to my bank. I received a phone call from Amerimod, stating they were assisting with the loan modicification. I was told it was going to cost 2500.00 to complete the process. I received papers of what the fixed rate and payment would be. I sent the papers requested. After a year, and multiple calls from me to them every month, nothing was never completed. I finally called my bank and they were not aware of Amerimod. It was a scam.
