Ordered trial product & paid for initial special price purchase online early January 2012. Product has never arrived. Unauthorized credit card charge made yesterday for two products. Phoned creditcard company who said I had 14 days to cancel product order but having never received it, it's a bit difficult to cancel. I don't know how to contact the companies to cancel. I don't usually get sucked in either but did!
