My wife ordered a Northface jacket from northfacefleecesales.net for $84.75. She recieved confirmation of payment and confirmation of username and password, but has not heard anything regarding delivery. It has been more than a week. The website has no contact phone number, just email. We have emailed numerous times and have heard nothing.

i bought some UGG boots from www.uug.in.ind and they used realypay.
The total was £112 and realypay took £120.99 and a £1 bank transaction fee, i waited for 3 weeks with no delivery and email responses, eventually i found an email from realypay dated on the day of purchase with a link to the support. This is where i found out that they refunded me 3 days later for only £113, there was no reason, i asked for explanations and i got that they refunded me and it was due to the exchange rate that i recieved less back. I eventually got a response that the reason behind the refund was due to no stock of the four items i ordered. -
