in jan this year i was waiting for deliveries of goods won online at their auctions. i received emails saying their supplier could not supply the items. they refunded my bids and money but since 2 feb i cannot even access their site. i still have bids worth money in there and i cannot even get my money back as access even through the internet is not available. my security has been upgraded and i have even had my internet access checked by my provider and there is no problem there. what has happened. my emails to them are accepted but i never receive a reply even though they say they will reply within 15 minutes.24hours later there still has beeen no replies
