I was scammed on two separate dates 07/13/2011 and the above date of 07/26/2011. The funds that I had to pay were over drafts from my bank and from Platinum Online Group because they were unable to withdraw the funds from my account. So Platinum charged my account $34.00 2 times and my bank charged my account 2 times due to lack of funds, which I'm glad they didn't get the $99.49 they were trying to get. I never gave any permission to anyone to withdraw these funds from my account for any reason and want these funds to be refunded back to my account. I am on disability and live on a fixed income and need the money desperately to live on. I can't afford to be charged this money that I didn't okay for anyone to withdraw. Not only do I have to pay these charges at this time I also have to close my account and change all my other accounts. This is so awful that scams like this go on to people who are already down on their luck, I want some compensation for this damage to my money and credit. I have been trying to rebuild my credit and this is just totally destroying everything I have done to make things good or at least attempt to.
