I received an email invitation from MyPoints.com to submit my gold, etc., to Prestige Buyers. On 7.6.2011 I ordered my kit and received this acknowledgement "Order Number: 32052 - Ordered On: 07/06/2011 6:46pm - Thank you for choosing Prestige Gold Buyers – congratulations on taking the first step!
Your request is being processed and you can expect your Prestige Gold Buyers kit to arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Note: Make sure to be on the lookout for the large Prestige Gold Buyers envelope. It contains your FREE postage paid and insured return mailer!

- I am also an avid MyPoints participant (for years now) and I did the same as you. Got my order number and the Gold Buyers Kit. Loaded it up and then heard nothing. I contacted MyPoints since they were the sponsor for this business, in my book, but they said all correspondence and questions go directly to Prestige. They even provided the contact information they had, but the phone number just rings and rings and no response from customer service. I hate being ripped off!
