i didnt realize how much each bid cost,and they charged 99.00 for the few i used.i bid on two auctions without being asked to buy a package of bids or overtly being told i would be charged for a bunch.
then i was told i had reached my bid limit.idont know if the limit was on that auction,or whether they charged me lots for each bid ,or a big entrance fee

- This is very weird. I see their landing page where they clearly disclose a) what is the cost you would be charged up front b) you are actually required to choose a bid pack before signing up c ) what is the cost per bid. Please see screenshot. http://cl.ly/170e1b1u2I2G1g133y2t. Not sure with such clear disclosure how claims such as above can be made :(

Hi, I too was scammed by Dealfun, but fortunatly for me I came to this website and was blessed to get their phone number 855-701-2091. Call this number. They will probably try to feed you some bull like, "The weather was bad and that's why our website was slow. It would be best if yo try again later" (This is what they told me). But don't listen to them. Get your money back ASAP. I demanded a refund and drowned them with angry emails, and my money was returned to me, promptly. Don't give up! Call this number: 855-701-2091
...And demand the your money back!
