When I attempted to install this program the computer reported that old files were used and incomplete, therefore unable to continue. I asked four times via email for help, nothing, therefore requested refund four times only receiving computer generated replies that refund would be enabled after my details were checked. As I live in Australia I don't know who to contact for assistance in this matter, hope you guys can help me, dogs like this should not escape retribution.
