I ordered nutrascience and did sign their terms etc but the product is sold from America and only available in Britain. It does not state any ingredients on the product and it made me quite ill with stomach problems and vomiting. I cancelled on 19/01/2012 instead of 15/01/2012 which was slightly later than their specific cancellation date and got no joy from the UK helpline and was told I had to email the American company, after waiting 5 days for a reply refused to refund.
When you order Nutrascience you have to give your bank details whch go on to an automatic shipment program. My main concern is there are no reviews and no clear ingredients listed which oviously didn't suit me and made me ill. I was just told by email that I had agreed with their terms so no refund was available. They also make it difficult for you to contact them. I am not optimistic about you being able to get me a refund but would like to make it clear to others who are thinking of trying this product - DONT. It does not state accurate ingredients and can make you ill, their is no evidence to back up its claims and although it might be legal to sell a product this way it is certainly not ethical.
